Vitamin salad and very tasty. Useful for all in the period of spring avitaminosis.
Ingredients for Salad with seaweed and mushrooms
- Seaweed - 200 g
- Tomato - 1 piece
- Pepper - 1/2 PCs
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Mustard - 0.5 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad with seaweed and mushrooms
Seaweed slice, if too long, to not reach for a fork. Put in a salad bowl
Bulgarian pepper cut into small cubes. I have a large pepper, so I used a quarter.
Tomatoes also cut into small cubes.
With mushrooms drain the marinade, lightly rinse in cold water.
Finely chopped herbs.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and season. Bon appetit!
