Hi everyone, I want to share with you the recipe "Salad "Amber""! Vegetable, easy, quick cooking salad! Ideal for fasting, diet and just as a side dish to meat! I was pleased with the salad!
Ingredients for Salad "Amber"
- Beets - 2 PCs
- Apple - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Honey - 1 tsp.
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad "Amber"
Beets wash and boil until cooked without removing the skin.
Fresh Apple peel and seeds. Cut into small cubes.
Peel and finely chop the onions.
Beets peel and cut into small cubes, add to the salad.
Prepare the salad dressing.
Oil mixed with vinegar and honey, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well, give a little brew.
Serve portions, sprinkle with chopped nuts.
The salad is ready!
