Ingredients for Peach cakes
- Flour - 125 g
- Brown sugar - 70 g
- Butter - 150 g
- Walnuts - 23 stack.
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- Peach - 2 PCs
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 100 g
- Salt - 12 tsp.
- Powdered sugar - 60 g
- Milk - 2 tsp.
- Oat flakes - 12 stack.
Step by step instruction of cooking Peach cakes
Mix flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Add the cold butter, grated on a coarse grater. Hands to grind the butter with the flour mixture until you get coarse crumbs.
To save half of the mixture into another bowl and add chopped nuts.
Cover baking dish baking paper so that the edges above the sides of the form. Spread the oat mixture without nuts and levelling. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated (175) oven.
Beat the egg with sugar, add 1 tbsp flour and salt. Peaches cut into small cubes. Mix with the egg mixture.
Pour the filling into the baked base.
Sprinkle walnut mixture. Bake for 30 minutes until Golden brown. Cool, put into the refrigerator for 2 hours. To get from the mold and cut into squares. Mix powdered sugar with milk until smooth and pour it over the brownies.
