Boil water, add salt. Take spaghetti, to separate the necessary quantity and immerse in boiling water. Boil spaghetti "by heart". Let it rest until fully cooked in hot water.
Carrots grate on a coarse grater, onion cut into small cubes.
Pepper cut into small cubes.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the vegetables until it will turn brown.
Take the defrosted mince. I have it seasoned with salt, pepper and spices.
Stuffing will add to vegetables and mash thoroughly with a fork. Fry.
When the beef is browned, pour the cream and
the soy sauce. Stir and simmer, approximately 15 minutes. Interfere every 3-4 minutes.
Add the chopped herbs, the chopped garlic and
the pine nuts. Then another 2-3 minutes and turn off the heat.
Mix the sauce with the finished pasta.
