I recently bought a Polish cookbook "Meat from A to z"! I really liked this recipe! Although I was attracted to the way of cooking! The site has a similar recipe, but this, personally I think so, very different. It was very tasty and the smell was such that even the friend of my beloved, when he came, he said, that the delicious flavor is even on the court! A great option for the holidays! Ingredients for Veal with egg and cheese
- Veal - 4 PCs
- Cheese - 4 PCs
- Ham - 4 PCs
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Mustard - 4 tbsp
- Dry white wine - 125 ml
- Broth - 250 ml
- Parsley - 0.5 pooch.
Step by step instruction of cooking Veal with egg and cheese
Steaks thump of hands, salt-pepper, grease with mustard.
Put ham, cheese, egg.
Rolled into a roll and fastened with cooking thread or toothpick.
Fry on all sides. Add the broth and wine, finely chopped parsley, allow to boil and simmer on low heat for 40 minutes.
I served with salad and roasted new potatoes with rosemary.
