I want to offer You interesting and delicious warm salad. Maybe he doesn't look photogenic, but the taste is just awesome.
Ingredients for Salad with mushrooms and Chinese cabbage
- Mushrooms - 150 g
- Cabbage Chinese - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Sesame - 1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Pepper Cayenne - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad with mushrooms and Chinese cabbage
In a well-heated pan pour oil and put onion, roughly chopped
Add mushrooms (pre-no need to defrost) and fry on high heat until evaporation of liquid
Add soy sauce, if necessary, salt. Cabbage (the white part) chop and add the mushrooms. Spread the sesame seeds. Fry on a fairly high heat for 3-5 minutes.
When serving, sprinkle with finely chopped dill and add the ground hot red pepper to taste.
