For example, rolls with herbs, sun-dried tomatoes and soy sauce TM "Kikoman" able to diversify Lenten menu. They can be served both hot and cold. Help yourself!
Ingredients for Vegetable rolls with sun-dried tomatoes
- Flour - 600 g
- Water - 300 ml
- Sundried tomatoes - 50 g
- Olive oil - 6 tbsp.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Yeast - 5 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Vegetable rolls with sun-dried tomatoes
Dissolve yeast with sugar in warm water, add sugar, leave for 10 minutes.
Slice sun dried tomatoes into small pieces.
For the dough use soy sauce TM "Kikkoman"
Mix sun-dried tomatoes, flour, Basil, oregano, add the soy sauce "Kikkoman", olive oil, foamed yeast, salt and sugar to taste, and stir.
Pour warm water and knead not tight dough. Put the dough in a container, cover with plastic wrap - let it rise.
The dough came.
Roll approached the dough thickness 1 cm, brush with olive oil.
Roll the dough into a roll, cut into pieces with a width of 3 cm.
Place buns on a baking sheet greased with olive oil,
cover with clingfilm and let them rise in the amount of about 1.5-2 times.
