Hot chocolate orange cake with almonds

A new variation on the theme of "culinary imagination in the post". Post-the long... the combination of the test taken from my previous recipe for vegetable pie. It's so delicious when hot!

- Orange - 300 g
- Sugar - 1 Cup.
- Almonds - 1 Cup.
- Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 1 Cup.

- Lemon juice - 3 tbsp.

Step by step instruction of cooking Hot chocolate orange cake with almonds
As in my previous recipe, first turn on the oven at 150-180 degrees.
Take the washed oranges or 2 small, cut into slices and remove the bones.
Put the slices in a blender and grind them.
The obtained orange puree spread in a bowl for the dough; adding to it ground cinnamon, cloves and vanilla sugar.
To mass add cocoa powder and slaked lemon juice soda.
Next, pour the sugar.
Then grind the almonds. For this opolaskivaniem unpeeled nuts under running water, you can grind nuts in a blender; I half shredded and half nuts cut with a knife into three parts each.
Add the nuts to the prepared mass; there - add as much flour (about 2 cups) to stand a spoon in a very thick cream.
All mix well with spoon and spread in a baking dish.
Put into the oven for about 30-40 minutes.
The first 15 minutes of baking, the oven should not be opened.
Ready hot cake out of the oven and pour a mixture of juice of 1 lemon 2 tbsp powdered sugar.
Next, prepare the chocolate coating.
Breaks the chocolate on the tiles/pieces, and put them into a small saucepan/casserole/Turku, add 2 tbsp of water and heat to chocolate is melted.
Received hot thick chocolate liquid pour pie and quickly spread over the surface of the pie until the chocolate is frozen.
Then prepare to remove the cake from the mold; you need to do this carefully, because the dough is at risk to fall again. For this purpose I put a plate directly on a cake, covered with chocolate and turned shape with a pie. The cake easily came out the form on the plate.
Further to the bottom of the inverted pie put need beautiful dish and turn it back on.
You should not be afraid that the chocolate surface can be broken: it rapidly solidifies and does not stick to the plate.
Then sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar..
All described in detail the action that I actually do not require a specific amount of time. So pie for a long time remains hot.
