Ingredients for Braised hearts with vegetables

- Onion - 2 PCs
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Cucumber - 2 PCs
- Carrots - 3 PCs
- Tomato paste - 3 tbsp.
- Sunflower oil
- Black pepper
- Sugar - One
Step by step instruction of cooking Braised hearts with vegetables
Hearts thoroughly washed, soaked in clean cold water for 30 minutes.
Spread on paper towels, dry and slice the hearts lengthwise into 2 parts.
In a frying pan to pour sunflower oil and with constant stirring lightly fried hearts, only until the moment when they will lose the pink color and will allocate juice. Then cover with a lid and rearrange on the back burner co weak flame slowly extinguished.
Onion, garlic and carrots to clean. Onions cut into half rings or quarters, garlic - small dice. Carrots cut into cubes.
Fry in sunflower oil in another pan the onions and garlic 4-5 minutes. Add the carrots, sauté for 10-12 minutes.
Add the tomato paste and off. My tomato paste was not enough, I took 1 tbsp of tomato paste and 2 tbsp passerovannym tomatoes.
After 20-25 minutes after the start of the fighting hearts add them to the filling of the second frying pan (onions, carrots and garlic).
Sauté for 10 minutes.
Wash and chop bell pepper, cucumber also cut into cubes.
Add the chopped vegetables to the pan with hearts and vegetables, season with salt and pepper and stir. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
Chop the greens and add to the dish, stir.
Serve with a side dish or as a separate dish.
