Very simple, and win-win baskets. Found this recipe a few years ago in one of the magazines. Added a little of my own. Now this is one of my favorite recipes.

Rastered margarine, yolks and sugar.
Add baking soda, slaked vinegar, vanilla sugar and flour. Knead the dough, it turns out fat and should not stick to hands. Put the dough in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Take out, roll out, cut out circles.
Whisk the protein frosting: 1 Cup sugar 4 egg whites.
The cooled tarts spread the jam (I had Apple), a box about 1 tablespoon, more condensed milk boiled in the same spoon. On top of the cream protein.
