In the post is not very easy to figure out what to put on the sandwich. Last year I bought a Brawn in the shop, and this year decided to do it myself. I hope this idea someone will like it!!!

Step 1

A bag of frozen vegetables (Mexican blend) boiled in small amount of salted water until tender. In the water put whole onion and a small Bay leaf.

Step 2

Vegetable broth drain into a separate bowl, add spices for chicken that resembled meat)))

Step 3

Vegetables to shift in form and mix with soy sauce Kikkoman.

Step 4

Gelatin to dissolve in vegetable broth. For a meatless option, use agar-agar.

Step 5

Pour the strained vegetable broth.

Step 6

Mix everything and put into the refrigerator for a few hours, preferably overnight.
