Ingredients for Pinnacle trout "Gentle"
- Trout - 400 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Pepper - 200 g
- Cream - 1 Cup.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Carrots - 2 PCs
- Figure - 250 g
- The mixture of peppers
- Vegetable oil - 1 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Pinnacle trout "Gentle"
Onion cut into small slices, carrots to RUB on average grater. Fry in a pan with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes.
Then to the mixture of onions and carrots add diced pepper. The mixture is very thick and juicy. Within 2 minutes, frequently stirring stew in a pan.
In parallel quickly in another pan fry on all sides, without oil, pre-sliced trout. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Lightly fry the fish, remove our vegetable mixture from heat and put in the fish and add the cherry tomatoes, which are also pre-cut into cubes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix all and simmer for 2 minutes. Then pour in a glass with cream. Diminish the fire, do very weak, I have to 0.5-1. And hold them like that for 20 minutes. In the meantime, we have already cooked the rice.
While we wait for the end of our cooking, you can wash all the dishes like a real Cinderella ;).
Everything is ready, form a tower of rice, then put the cap of trout with vegetables, you can also put fish side by side and pour all of the cream from the pan, but not much, and then everything will fall apart and float away :).
