All the necessary ingredients. Carrots, garlic and ginger peeled.
Carrots with a vegetable peeler and cut into strips. The strips should be about the same length and width.
Squeeze the juice from the oranges.
In salted water boil the pasta. It is best to take varieties of tagliatelle.
The ginger will grate on a small grater. Garlic finely chop. Fry in a little olive oil.
Add the orange juice. Bring to a boil.
Add Kikkoman soy sauce and a little sugar for balance of taste. We need to get sweet and sour sauce.
To the sauce add carrots. Simmer about 2 minutes. Gently stir with a wooden spatula.
Boiled pasta is sent to the carrots. Mix everything. Simmer a bit. Serve portions sprinkled with chopped nuts and parsley.
