In my fridge there are always products on this salad, a kind of stock, since the size of my large refrigerator can hold a large number of products. This salad I created by accident trying to find the perfect recipe using beef tongue. Unfortunately, all the recipes I found online did not work for me - had to invent it. I suggest You give it a try...

Step-by-step instruction of cooking Salad "Strategic reserve"

Step 1

Boiled beef tongue cut into cubes, after removing the tape and letting it cool.

Step 2

cut into wedges, sprinkled liberally with lemon juice and fry in a hot pan without oil until Golden brown, pre-salted and pepper.

Step 3

Gouda Cheese
RUB on a coarse grater.
Important: use exactly this sort of cheese!

Step 4

chop with a knife into large pieces

Step 5

All ingredients mix in a salad bowl and dressed with mayonnaise.
Optionally, you can decorate the butterfly of walnuts.
