Step-by-step instruction of cooking Cake "Owl"


Step 1

Bake two or three biscuits in a slow cooker or the oven. For the dough: beat eggs with a mixer until fluffy. Parts add fine cane sugar "Mistral" and beat until it dissolves. Sift the flour with the baking powder and vanilla. Add the flour to the eggs with sugar, mix and bake.

Cakes cool completely on wire rack.

For the cream 2 (for smearing cake and decorations): in a saucepan with a thick bottom to mix the eggs and small cane sugar "Mistral", put on medium heat and to stir without ceasing until it is thick. Aside from heat and cool completely. In a separate container beat with a mixer softened butter (room temperature) with powdered sugar. Mix egg and oil until smooth mass. To postpone 1/3 of the cream, the rest add the cocoa powder and mix until smooth.


Step 4
