Mussels in a creamy sauce

A year ago I wanted to take a chance and participate in a stellar week! But it often changed its content, which in the end did not have time to exercise! By this time I have gathered many recipes. And I decided it was time to share them! I love seafood recipes and fish Serzh Markovich. It was the first version of weeks. Let's start with the mussels.

Step by step instruction of cooking Mussels in a creamy sauce
Mussels have a good wash, remove algae and byssus -threads which they are attached.
Cheese to grate, prepare the cream and butter.
Melt the butter in a frying pan. Place the mussels and fry. Mussels immediately turns on the water and the butter will not burn.
If a mussel does not open, just throw it away!
Pour the cream into the mussels and bring to boil.
Once the sauce starts to thicken, add the grated cheese. Stir for a minute and immediately remove from heat.
Remember the mussels are already salty and the Parmesan as well. Try, then sprinkle with salt, if needed.
Serve, sprinkle with oregano and freshly ground pepper.
