Pamper yourself with something tasty always want, especially during lent, when many products are banned. I want to offer you a caramel cake with apples, raisins and roasted peanuts. Preparing it is very simple and fast. The cake turns out tender and flavorful.

Remove the core from apples and chop them into slices. Put apples into a pan with 100g sugar and the orange zest. Caramelizes to a beautiful Golden color.
Raisins soaked in hot water.
Put the pan on the fire and pour to it 150 grams of sugar. Stirring with a spatula to melt the sugar into caramel.
As soon as our caramel is ready, pour the water and stir so that the caramel is completely dissolved. Remove from the heat.
Caramel, combine water with soy sauce, honey, lemon zest and vegetable oil.
Mix the flour with the baking powder. Pouring slowly, whisk the dough.
Add the raisins and gently mix everything together.
Take a suitable baking dish, cover the bottom with parchment paper. In the form pour half of dough, spread caramel with the Apple slices and pour the remaining batter. On top sprinkle the crushed roasted peanuts. Bake in the oven at 180 C for about 45 minutes. All a pleasant appetite!
