Cottage cheese pie

Very simple and quick recipe of delicious pie. A great option for an evening tea party. Children was eating for both cheeks (even if the cheese in the usual form can not stand)! The recipe was shared by a colleague at work, as is the original recipe don't know, this is my interpretation!
Ingredients for Cottage cheese pie
- Curd - 500 g
- Butter - 200 g
- Flour - 2 stack.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Sugar - 1 Cup.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Soda - 0.5 tsp.
- Chicken egg
Step by step instruction of cooking Cottage cheese pie
Curd connect with egg, sugar, pinch of salt and leave aside
In another Cup grind chilled (not frozen) butter, sprinkle with salt, pour the rest of the sugar, baking soda, sift flour. All chop with a knife.
The next step is hands grind the flour with the butter into crumbs.
2/3 of the test-chips distributed on a baking sheet (I put it no oil)
Spread on top of cheese.
The next step is the most beautiful - put the berries))) this time I used black currants
From top to distribute the rest of the dough-crumb
Bake for 30-40 minutes at 200°C until Golden brown.
