Lean sweet snails with Apple and cinnamon

Yummy for those who are fasting, diet or ideology! No animal protein and fat, low butter and sugar and cinnamon, they say, reduces appetite. Ingredients, will need a clean cloth or towel, baking paper. And since the dough itself is fresh, filling, strictly speaking, can be any - both sweet and salty... Except the filling of this recipe, I did another with mushrooms and potatoes.

Step 1
