Shrimp fishermen fish often called a sea eel, and after marinating in soy sauce becomes superficially similar to eels. As toppings I used a mixture of raisins, nuts and lemon. It turned out delicious!

The fish (I had shrimp) and cover with the sauce-marinade Kikkoman teriyaki. Leave to marinate for 2 hours.
Raisins and nuts grind (not the flour), add the zest and juice of lemon, grated ginger. Stir.
Half of the filling evenly distributed for the fillet.
Turn the fish in the rolls and spread in the form of the parchment. Distribute the remaining filling on top of the rolls. Sprinkle the rolls with the oil and put bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15 - 20 minutes until the fish is cooked.
Serve with lemon wedges and vegetables. Bon appetit
