Spaghetti with a delicious sauce, based on mushrooms, spinach and tomatoes, with a garlic aroma!
Ingredients for Spaghetti with mushrooms and spinach
- Spaghetti - 250 g
- Salt - to taste
- Mushrooms - 5 PCs
- Tomato - 2 PCs
- Red onion - 1 piece
- Spinach - 0,5 stack.
- Vegetable oil
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Soy sauce - 30 ml
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Spaghetti with mushrooms and spinach
Boil spaghetti. Mushrooms cut into small cubes.
Tomatoes cut into cubes. Optionally you can remove the skin.
Onion peel and cut into small cubes.
Fry the onions and mushrooms in vegetable oil.
Add tomatoes and a little put out. 2-3 minutes will be enough.
Pour soy sauce and
add the spinach (I had frozen cubes). Simmer for another 5 minutes.
Garlic cut into thin rings and add to the sauce along with the lemon juice.
Stir and leave for 5 minutes.
Mix the sauce with the already cooked spaghetti.
Flavorful dinner is ready!
