- Water - 600 ml

- Soy sauce - 20 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Vegetable a La pilaf with mushrooms
Measure out 2 cups (200 grams) of rice and fry it in olive oil,
until transparent. It will take about 5 minutes.
Pour the rice with warm water. Season with salt and pepper, add the turmeric and pepper.
Bring to boil, lower the fire very low, cover and simmer until tender. It will take approximately 20-30 minutes. The first 20 minutes cover is not open!
Onion peel and cut into small cubes.
Mushrooms wash and cut into small slices.
Fry the onions with the mushrooms in olive oil.
Pour the soy sauce and simmer until the onion has softened.
Greens chop, garlic cut into thin rings and
to add to zazharku. Turn off the heat. Mix well. Pepper.
The finished rice should be slightly dry, Golden and crispy. If you get another, do not worry - it will be very tasty!
