Pour water into a saucepan, put on fire. Onion cut into cubes, carrots grate on a grater.
Sauté the vegetables in vegetable oil.
Cucumbers cut into cubes.
Take a pic
pour in the boiling broth.
Peel the potatoes and
cut into cubes.
When the rice is almost done (still will be slightly crisp), add the browned vegetables and potatoes.
Bring to a boil and throw the cucumbers. Cook until rice and potatoes.
If you want, you can pour the brine. I love sourer. Season with salt and pepper.
Greens to chop, crush the garlic and
add to the pickle. Turn off the heat. Let it brew!
