While preparing the sauce. In mayonnaise add utsho-suneli, saffron, ground coriander seeds, vinegar. Mix everything. Then water or broth. Mix again, not to leave lumps.
In the sauce add finely chopped green onions and herbs, salt. Pre-cooked chicken cut into medium pieces and put into sauce.
