This is no ordinary vegetable pizza. In its dough includes powdered chicory, which gives it a very distinctive taste. I don't like too lush dough in the pizza oven so I prefer it denser, which, however, does not affect the taste. What I love about pizza is that oven it spontaneously, and the house is always a suitable set of products. The filling I chose randomly from the available home range, so basically it got canned and freeze. I would be very glad if someone will also like my pizza :0)

- Rye flour - 250 g
- Flour - 250 g
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.
- Chicory - 20 g
- Yeast - 8 g
- Water - 300 ml
- Honey - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 2/3 tsp.
- Pineapple - 1 lomt.
- Mushrooms - 16 PCs
- Olives - 20 PCs
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Tomato paste - 3 tbsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Vegetable pizza with rye flour and chicory
Molded from samples of the water a little, mix with the honey and dissolve the yeast. Leave them aside and give them up. Because they are very fond of honey, in a matter of minutes begin to form a cap.
Now take the dry ingredients. Sifted rye and wheat flour, chicory, add salt.
To add to the bulk liquid ingredients: oil, water, yeast. Knead the dough. So it does not stick in your hands, you can grease your hands with a little oil.
After the dough is mixed, cover it with a towel and give him 1 hour to rise. In an hour we divide it into two approximately equal parts. One part in plastic wrap, put in any container and put into the fridge (!) no more than 48 hours. From the second half we will make our pizza.
Prepare a baking sheet. It is better to lay a paper and sprinkle with a little flour. But if not, then the pan can be lubricated with vegetable oil.
Distribute our pizza on the baking sheet, trying to give it a round shape. It is very important to "move" the dough from the center to the edges. In the end, at the edges it is supposed to be thicker than in the middle.
Now can finally start filling. Lubricates the dough with a tablespoon of olive oil. Smear the circle completely. Then put on top the tomato paste and distribute it, leaving the edges of the small "rim". Then add the "prettiness". I put in the center of the canned pineapple, put him "rays" mushrooms. between the mushrooms and put the pieces of saury. All remaining gaps were filled with rings of sliced black olives. Top sprinkled with seasonings according to your taste. And the part where the saury, specially sprinkled by a separate set of spices "fish" (coriander, turmeric, dill, marjoram, etc.). The middle was filled with a mixture of dill, parsley, dried garlic, coriander, turmeric. On top sprinkle oregano and black pepper (pepper quite a bit).
Then put our pizza in a preheated oven at 220*C, and give her 30 minutes to be baked.
