- Fish fillets - 500 g
- Carrots - 1 piece

- Vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 50 ml
- Water - 100 ml

Step by step instruction of cooking Cod fillet in soy sauce
Peel the carrot, cut into thin strips.
Green onions finely chop.
To prepare the soy marinade: in a saucepan, add sugar, heat until a homogeneous mass of light caramel, then pour the soy sauce "Kikkoman!", rice vinegar and water, bring to a boil.
