Cucumbers cut into slices, dried with a paper towel.
Mix the starch with water (if You are fast, you can use this mixture instead of the egg), turmeric and soy sauce.
Mix wheat flour, breadcrumbs, red chili pepper and dried parsley. Cucumber dip first in starch "water", and then roll in flour with spices.
The pan thoroughly grease with vegetable oil, put the cucumbers and sprinkle the top with oil (not regret!). Bake in a preheated 220 degree oven for 8-10 minutes. Then cucumbers upside down (if necessary, drizzle with oil) and cook for another 5 minutes until Golden brown.
