- Eggplant - 1 piece
- Zucchini - 1 piece

- Rice flour - 400 g
- Water - 650 ml
- Sunflower oil - 500 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Fritto Misto
Cut long strips of pepper, eggplant, zucchini.
