Ingredients for Rice with green peas and soy sauce
- Figure - 200 g
- Soy sauce - 4 tbsp
- Green peas - 100 g
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp
- Sesame - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Rice with green peas and soy sauce
Pepper cut in half, remove seeds and stalk, cut into small cubes.
Finely chop the onion.
In a pan heat oil, fry the onion for 1 minute.
Then add the peppers and continue to fry for another minute.
Add green peas and fry all together for another 3 minutes.
Now add thoroughly washed rice. Pour all the soy sauce and stir. Salt is not necessary! Soy sauce has enough salt.
Fill the rice with vegetables with hot water so that it covers rice on top of 1 cm.
Close the pan with a lid and cook the rice over low heat for 15 minutes.
Spread the cooked rice in portion dishes and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bon appetit!
