Step 1

Canned red kidney beans washed with cold water, allow to drain.

Mushrooms arbitrarily cut and fry. I have frozen. If You have fresh, the mushrooms can be baked in the oven, so it will be healthier and tastier.


Step 3

Separately fry onions in vegetable oil. You can optionally add the garlic.


Step 4

With an immersion blender Porirua mushrooms, beans and onions.


Step 5

Add Kikkoman soy sauce, stir. Optionally add salt and pepper. I only had soy sauce. We strongly recommend to use soy sauce, because with him the paste becomes softer and brighter in flavor. Pate goes well with dark bread and pickles.
