Ingredients for Bavarian mushroom soup

- Bow white - 2 PCs
- Roots - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Mushrooms - 0.5 kg
- Sunflower oil - 3 tbsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Bavarian mushroom soup
A Turkey throat chop into pieces, wash, cover with water and put to boil. After 15 minutes, after boiling add the onion and parsley and continue to simmer for an hour
While cooking soup prepare zazharku. Wash the mushrooms, cut into small pieces. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil, fry the diced chopped carrots until Golden brown, then add the chopped onions and fry until the onion has softened. Now here add chopped mushrooms and fry until evaporate almost all the liquid
While frying the mushrooms, clean and cut in small pieces potatoes. Add it to the sauté and simmer 5 minutes
From the finished broth to remove the onion and parsley root and add to our fries. Cook over very low heat until cooked potatoes. Add salt to taste, five minutes before the end of cooking soup.
