I want to offer you a Lenten dish 2 in 1... from one portion of the pea will prepare savory and sweet nuts.. Salted nuts you can eat a bit of sugar to vegetable soup, served with Apple sauce. Well, sweet, with some tea;)

Step 1

For pea nuts we will need... (Raisins pre-soaked)
Rinse peas, pour 4 cups boiling water and add 1 h L. soda. Soak for an hour.

Step 2

Cook the peas without salt 40 minutes, at the end of cooking, add a pinch of sugar.

Step 3

Nuts together with the pea puree them in a blender.

Step 4

Mix mung bean porridge with chopped nuts and raisins into a homogeneous mass.

Share pea-nut mass into two parts. One part of pea, add salt, mixture of spices (turmeric, cardamom). Pea in a different part of the added cinnamon and sugar.

Mix everything. Formed from the mass of balls with a diameter of 3 cm of Salted pea nuts dip them in the sesame seeds.
