I love to experiment with flavors, and here is another result: soft potato in spicy sauce. Hearty and delicious.

Finely chop the onion, pepper, garlic.
If you have fresh tomatoes, make a cross incision and pour boiling water. After a couple of minutes remove the skin and turn into a puree.
Potatoes wash, peel, cut into not large cubes and put on to cook.
(potatoes to boil until soft, drain the water, cover and wrap the pot with a towel, or in anything else)
Chopped onion and garlic fry until Golden.
Meat cut into small pieces and add to the onions with the garlic. Cover with a lid and tormented on low heat for 5-7 minutes.
The meat is sent pepper and herbs. Cover with a lid, fry for 5 min.
After pepper sent the tomatoes and 3 of St/l cream. Thoroughly mix all, salt, pepper (I put more Cayenne pepper, because the whole family loves "witty"), put the oregano and Basil and again mix well, cover with a lid and tormented on low heat for 7-10 min.
Heated the oven to 180gr. Celsius.
Take the container, in which we will bake our potatoes. I have this crock pot. But you can use small portions.
In a container put potatoes, diced cream cheese, mix gently, pour the sauce, mix well.
Cover with a lid and put into the oven for 60 minutes (but do not forget that we need to consider the personality of the oven).
After 20-25 min. take out, stir and put to topcats.
