Pieces rinse fish in cold water. Lay each piece on a separate sheet of foil.
RUB the fish with salt, pepper, herbs de Provence.
Lay fish on top of lemon slices (3-4). For the experiment I did with orange. The taste is spicy-sweet.
Wrap the fish in foil. Send in the oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
The fish turns out juicy, braised in lemon juice.
