To combine and mix all dry ingredients: flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and flax seeds. If you want salty crackers, use my recipe. If you want a sweet cracker, then put more sugar and just a pinch of salt.
To dry mixture add water and vegetable oil (2 tbsp).
Knead tight dough. It should be tight and not stick to hands.
Roll the dough thinly (2-3 mm) and a cookie cutter to cut out crackers. Put it on a greased with vegetable oil (1 tbsp) baking sheet.
