Ingredients for Fried squid under pumpkin-soy sauce
- Squid - 2 PCs
- Soy sauce - 1.5 tbsp
- Basil - 1 tsp.
- Olives - 3 PCs
- Pumpkin - 300 g
- Soy sauce - 2.5 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- The mixture of peppers - 0.5 tsp.
- Flour - 1.5 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Fried squid under pumpkin-soy sauce
Squid clean, cut along the belly from one side;
From the external side make shallow cuts crosswise;
Marinate the squid in the sauce-marinade Barbecue for 15 minutes;
In a hot pan with oil fry the squid cuts down within 1 minute;
Fold squid, flip and fry another half minute;
Remove the squid from the plate;
Squeeze the juice from the pumpkin;
Add remaining ingredients - stir well (without lumps of flour);
Boil when boiling to a mild degree of thickening, remove from heat, cool;
Put squid on a plate, generously cover with sauce, sprinkle with Basil and black olives complement;
