Step by step instruction of cooking Crostata chocolate with pineapple and papaya
Knead all ingredients for the dough.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Fill Crostata custard.
From the top, according to your taste, garnish with fruit. I used pineapple and papaya.
