Step 1

Knead all ingredients for the dough.


Step 2

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.


Step 3

Using a rolling pin and parchment, raskatat dough /5mm/.


Step 4

Put the dough along with the parchment, to the baking dish with a diameter of 26 see pierce with a fork the surface.

Cover with a second sheet of parchment. put dry beans.
bake in the oven at 180 g for 20 minutes.
remove from the oven.
remove the beans and the top sheet of parchment.
send in the oven for another 10 - 15 minutes until Crostata is ready. allow to cool Crostata.


Step 6

Fill Crostata custard.


Step 7

From the top, according to your taste, garnish with fruit. I used pineapple and papaya.
