Salad with celery "Continuous use"

Know that celery is very useful, but for me no fun for them to crunch. I do not particularly like it specific taste. But for myself, I found the salad, which I was happy with everything. Apple, orange and vinaigrette perfectly soften its taste, making the salad very tasty and spicy. The combination of ingredients in the salad is very good, recommend!
Ingredients for Salad with celery "Continuous use"
- The Apium graveolens Dulce - 3 PCs
- Cabbage - 200 g
- Apple - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Orange - 1 piece
- Green onions - 1 Puig.
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Lemon - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad with celery "Continuous use"
Peel the carrot and grate
Petiolar celery wash and cut into rings
Orange peel, cut into cubes
Apple (not cleaned) cut into cubes
With lemon to remove the zest
Slice green onions
In a bowl combine all the ingredients, cabbage, celery, carrot, Apple, orange, lemon zest, green onions, stir, slightly to salt. From lemon halves and squeeze the juice on the salad, drizzle with olive oil, wine vinegar and soy sauce "Kikkoman". Mix well, let stand 10 minutes and serve.
