Baked in a grill-paper. Surprisingly juicy chicken breast, with a slight smoky flavor.

Mix all ingredients for marinade (olive oil, wine vinegar, spices, garlic and salt) and marinate the chicken breast for 30-60 min.
Submerge 2 sheets of grill 2 paper and twine in water for 10-40 min.
Preheat oven to 180 C.
Cook carrots until soft. Cut the carrots and bell pepper into strips and place on the grill sheet of paper along the grain of the wood.
Wrap the breast 3 strips of bacon and lay it on the vegetables. Add a little of the marinade on top of the bacon.
Fold the sheet & grill paper around food and tie the roll with two damp twine. If the edges are not closed - use the extra sheet on top. Put the roll onto a preheated pan or casserole dish, add about 1 cm water in the bottom.
Bake for 35-45 minutes.
