A tasty salad. Because beet is a bit like a vinaigrette, but this is not surprising: the presence of beet personally me always suggests the vinaigrette:)))
Ingredients for Fish salad
- Beets - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 2 PCs
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Green peas - 150 g
- Canned fish - 1 ban.
- Mayonnaise - 100 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Green onions
Step by step instruction of cooking Fish salad
Beets, carrots and potatoes to boil, cool and clean. Cut into thin slices. In a bowl put potatoes with the carrots.
Add the beets, dressed with a small amount of vegetable oil, and peas.
Fish removed from the banks and cut into small pieces (several pieces leave for decoration). Add to vegetables, season with mayonnaise or sour cream.
Add to taste chopped greens and green onions and mix everything carefully, not to break the slices of vegetables.
Flat plate to make the salad, put the salad, decorate with slices of egg, cucumber and green onions.
