Step 1

Balls: cheese + 30 g sugar+1 tbsp starch+ 1 egg yolk, mix

Step 2

Roll into balls, roll in breadcrumbs, put into the refrigerator while preparing the dough

Step 3

4 beat egg yolks with 30 g sugar until the mixture turns white

Add 2 tablespoons flour, 3 tbsp corn starch, baking powder, cocoa. Melt 50 grams of chocolate, mix it all together. Proteins (4pcs.) whip until steadfast peaks with 30 g sugar, add to the batter

Gently stir with a spatula the dough

Form grease with oil (5 g) on the bottom put the cheese balls, cover dough, place in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for 30 - 35 minutes

Step 7

Allow to cool, transfer to a dish

Prepare the glaze: milk+ sugar powder+ 5 g of butter + 50 g of chocolate, bring to boil, cool, grease a pie
