Ingredients for Gravy of minced meat
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp
- Minced meat - 400 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Water - 1 Cup.
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Gravy of minced meat
To start, cut the onion finely, and sent to the pan and stir, after 5 min add carrots grated finely on a grater, and add a whisper of salt
