Prepare the ingredients. My cucumbers, avocado wash, peel.
Put in a blender sliced cucumbers, avocado, pumpkin seeds, add the garlic, Basil and lemon juice. Grind.
Add sunflower oil, once again, beat with a blender.
Pour the water, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. The soup is ready. Per 100g approximately 150 kcal.
Poured into plates, decorate with Basil or cucumber slices as desired and serve.
