Light delicate soup, with the smell of freshness of spring, tender greens and herbs. An excellent replacement for hot soups in the summer. And a wonderful main dish for a spring discharge.

Step-by-step instruction of cooking Cold soup "Spring breeze"


Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. My cucumbers, avocado wash, peel.


Step 2

Put in a blender sliced cucumbers, avocado, pumpkin seeds, add the garlic, Basil and lemon juice. Grind.


Step 3

Add sunflower oil, once again, beat with a blender.


Step 4

Pour the water, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. The soup is ready. Per 100g approximately 150 kcal.


Step 5

Poured into plates, decorate with Basil or cucumber slices as desired and serve.
