- Mushrooms - 500 g
- Green beans - 300 g
- Rice paper - 1 Pach.
- Sauce - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.

- Ginger - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
- Ketchup - 3 tbsp.
- Vinegar - 4 tbsp
- Orange - 1 piece
- Brown sugar - 2 tbsp
- Starch - 1 tbsp
- Water - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Mushrooms with beans in Oriental sauce
Prepare the ingredients for the foundations of Oriental sauce.
In a saucepan combine 2 tbsp soy sauce Kikkoman, 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 3 tbsp ketchup, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp of ginger, 50ml of orange juice.
Put the saucepan on the fire and warm up.
In pan, heat vegetable oil and fry chopped garlic, then add the garlic to the base of the sauce.
