In my case, vendace Yamal.

Step by step instruction of cooking Vendace with potatoes

Take whitefish clean from the scales. Remove the intestines. Peeled onions cut into half rings, half an inch thick. The potatoes clean, cut into slices and also half a centimeter thick.
