Delicate thin pancakes with a pronounced chocolate flavor. Serve with sour cream, whipped with powdered sugar.

- Milk - 0.7 l
- Water - 0.3 l
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Sugar - 4 tbsp
- Salt - 0,5 tbsp.
- Flour - 2 stack.
- Dark chocolate - 60 g
- Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Sour cream - 200 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Thin chocolate pancakes
600 ml of milk to combine with water. Preheat slightly. Add salt and sugar. Stir until complete dissolution of the latter.
Sift the flour.
Beat the eggs. Add to milk mixture.
Pour the sifted flour. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
100 ml of milk to dissolve the chocolate (water bath). Add the cocoa powder. Stir until smooth.
Pour chocolate mixture into a father-in-law. Beat well with a mixer.
