These puffs are sold in our cooking. I thought, why would most of them not to do? The result is the most simple treat has turned into a favorite bakery of my husband :)
Ingredients for Puff "Snail"
- Puff pastry - 1 cat.
- Jam - 6 tbsp.
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 2 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Puff "Snail"
Pre-remove the dough from the freezer, single layer separated from each other to when defrosting have not stuck. Leave out to thaw until elastic, about 30 min.
Put preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
Sprinkle surface where You will roll out the dough, and rolling pin, a few pinches of flour, to grind.

Coat the dough with about 3 tablespoons of jam that way. I have a plum jam "Mach", but it is better to take a thicker jam or jam then less of the filling will leak when baking. The filling can use another: berries, sugar, cheese c sugar and egg, etc. But for my taste, with jam - delicious :)
Roll the dough into roll.
Top lubricated with egg white and sprinkle with sugar. Instead of sugar the finished cakes sprinkled with powdered sugar.
We cut our roll into 6 pieces.
The same make with the second layer of dough.
Cover a baking sheet with baking paper, or foil, grease with vegetable oil. Put our spring rolls. And put into the oven, until it will turn brown. It is approximately 15-20 minutes.
