Step by step instruction of cooking Panna cotta "espresso con Panna"
Gelatin fill with water at room temperature and leave for 10 minutes to swell. Next, spread on a steam bath.
In a small saucepan, mix the hot espresso, creamer and sugar. Warmed until the sugar is dissolved (do not boil). Remove the saucepan from heat, add coffee to the butter mixture prepared gelatin, mix, and pass through a sieve.
Pour in molds or, in my case, the cups. Allow to cool, cover with film and refrigerate for several hours until fully cured.
So, with a minimum of effort turned out delicious and elegant dessert!
