Very tender and tasty muffins with cottage cheese and oranges.
Ingredients for Orange cottage cheese muffins
- Flour - 2 stack.
- Curd - 300 g
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Sugar - 150 g
- Leavening agent - 0.5 Pacha.
- Vanilla sugar - 0.5 Pacha.
- Orange zest - 1 tbsp
- Orange juice - 2 tbsp
- Powdered sugar - 1/2 stack.
- Chocolate milk
Step by step instruction of cooking Orange cottage cheese muffins
Mix together cottage cheese, sour cream, margarine, vegetable oil.
Separately mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla.
To join the cheese-butter mixture with the egg-sugar mix.
Gradually add orange juice, then the flour with the baking powder.
To grate an orange and add the zest to the ground.
Finely dice the pineapple and chocolate, to enter into the mix.
The muffin grease with vegetable oil, spread the mixture with a spoon 2/3 of the height of the form.
Bake in a preheated 165 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
Readiness can be checked using wooden skewers.
To prepare the frosting.
Two tablespoons of orange juice to mix with icing sugar until thick, muffins grease is still hot.
Decorate the top with pineapple and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
