- Bulgur - 100 g
- Apple - 1 piece
- Red onion - 1/2 PCs
- Hell - 1 tbsp
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.
- Sunflower oil - 2 tsp.
- Dill - 1 piece
- Rosemary - 1/2 tsp.

Step by step instruction of cooking Baked beets with bulgur

Wash the beets, wrap in foil and bake in a preheated 180 C oven for 1 hour 20 minutes. Ready beets should be easily protectice skewer. Remove and let cool at room temperature.

Meanwhile, pour the bulgur 200 ml of water, add butter, salt, pepper and dried rosemary. Bring to the boil, cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer the bulgur for another 7-10 minutes until fully absorbed liquid.
Remove bulgur from heat and let it cool for 15-20 minutes.

Prepare the filling. Mix the cream horseradish with sour cream. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and mix well.
